Um dos catalisadores do Movimento ACTS de Plantação de igrejas. Um movimento com plantadores de igrejas presentes em mais de 20 países. Atualmente trabalha como Vice-Presidente da Southern New England Conference em Massachussetts, USA. Antes de ser chamado para trabalhar nos EUA, atuou como pastor distrital, diretor de departamento de Escola Sabatina, Ministério Pessoal, Secretário Ministerial, Secretário Executivo, diretor de Missão Global para os três estados do Sul do Brasil. Mestre em Teologia, foi professor visitante no Seminário de Teologia no IAP para as áreas de missiologia e eclesiologia. Doutorando em Missiologia pela Andrews University, USA.
