YOU MAY RECOGNIZE THIS
The missing piece in your formation as a leader
You were prepared to preach, to teach and to care for people. But almost no one is taught to truly understand how the church organizes itself, and why it works the way it does.
You lead inside a system few people have ever explained to you in depth.
Your training prepared you for the pulpit — not for the structure.
The political climate of the wider culture clouds how church order is seen.
There is no map connecting the theology, the history and how the church actually works.
You sense the organization is wise, but you cannot explain it — or defend it.
You want to lead with more awareness and purpose, and you feel a piece is missing.
This is not a lack of calling or of faith. It is a piece of formation
almost no one receives — and one you can still gain. When it falls into place, you find again the meaning of serving the church.

WHAT YOU GAIN
Eight weeks, four gains
This is not about accumulating information. It is about finding again the meaning of leading inside the church — with significance.
GAIN 01
A conscious calling
The founding team of leaders.
GAIN 02
A healthy ministry
Forming the DNA before the launch.
GAIN 03
The foundations of the church
Incarnation before invitation.
GAIN 04
Re-enchantment
The assembly as a centre of influence.
WHAT YOU GAIN
Church Government System Cohort
The Cohort is a closed group of leaders who study how the church organizes itself, apply it in their own context and walk together. Eight weeks, online and live, with no more than 20 participants — so the mentoring stays close and the conversation stays candid. It is for every leader who wants to serve the church with more awareness: pastors, elders, administrators and educators.
WHAT YOU GAIN
Built to fit the life of someone who leads

The essential intensive — from foundations to sending, at the pace of someone who leads.
Concentrated sessions
Deep meetings: real time to study, discuss and apply.
Closed group
Twenty leaders at most. Community and mentoring, not an audience.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Everything the immersion includes
Eight live sessions (2h30) — led by questions, with close mentoring.
A project for your own context — you apply it to your reality, not just learn it.
A guided curriculum — each week's material, ready to use.
A community of leaders — the network that walks with you.
Access to the series map — the playlists across the four axes.
Guests by field — history, governance and mission.
Participant workbook — discussion questions and a record of your project.
Certificate of completion — issued on finishing the program.

THE INVESTMENT
The Pioneer Cohort is free
This first cohort costs nothing — it is an investment in the pioneers. What is asked is not money: it is commitment. On entering, you make a simple and serious pact — presence, practice and completion. That commitment is what separates someone who enrolled from someone who was formed.
