Vocational Holiness is a definitive nine-month cohort engineered specifically for pastors who are still in active ministry but can no longer find themselves within it. This is not a motivational getaway or a performance tracker; it is a structural intervention combining data, theology, and institutional accountability to move you from re-active survival to intentional ministerial alive.

The course opens to you for 360 days. You set the pace, and nothing expires while you are still working through it.

There is no fee, no upsell and no card. The conference carries the cost because the point is formation, not revenue.

Each course is the entry point into one of the six tracks — where the same material is worked through with a live group and a project applied to your own congregation.

the year.

A course can be taken alone, and many leaders do exactly that. But neither of these two was written to be read by an individual: the eight factors are applied by a board, and church order is exercised by a congregation. That is what the six tracks of the residency are for.
