Key Challenges:

  1. Recognize that there are no administrative solutions to spiritual problems

  2. Embrace a minimum ecclesiology for maximum reproducibility.

  3. Restore elders as congregational leaders

  4. Reposition ministers as missionaries

  5. Increase the ratio of members to paid ministers.
